Week In Review

Another great week in Fayette County!  This week, I had the pleasure of attending the annual 16th District PTA Luncheon.  Kudos to our PTAs and PTSAs for all they do in support of our children an families!  I also attended our Equity Council meeting.   During this meeting , we updated the Equity Council as to our minority teacher recruitment efforts and provided an update of our FY19 budget.

Another highlight of my week was attending the city council meeting.  During the meeting, Mayor Gray and council members presented a proclamation in recognition of Teacher Appreciation Day.  Kudos to the mayor and city council for bestowing this honor on our teachers!  Please find pictures from these events and others below:
